Firstly may I begin by thanking you for planning your stay with us at Shanowen Square Apartments, we look forward to you arriving and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Please see below the rent calculator, the contract and the inventory list. Before your arrival you must fill in the dates you wish to stay in the summer rent calculator which will tell you when your payments are due. You must print and sign a copy of this to hand into the office when you check in. Before the keys will be handed over we must have an application form complete with 2 passport sized photographs and a deposit from each tenant. In addition to this the contract is attached, of which you must print two copies, to be signed by the tenant, and the landlord at check-in. One copy is to be retained by the tenant and the other handed to the management office. Also below is the inventory list which lists all the items you should find in the apartments, these must be completed by the tenant upon arrival to their room and submitted to the office. The general date for moving in is the 5th of June. Cleaning and maintenance will be done during the week previous. The summer term ends on the 8th of September.

There are a limited amount of modems available for internet access, a deposit of €100 is required for their use. Post boxes for each apartment are located inside the main gates and a key for this will be issued soon after arrival. Zappers for the entrance gates can be requested from the office, a deposit of €50 is required for its use.

For all the students who are in house and are continuing their stay you are also required to follow the steps above. Those of you who have to switch rooms will be contacted in due course with details of your move.

If you intend to leave early you must give us written notice (1 month in general) or a charge may be applied against the deposit. The rules of Shanowen Square must be adhered to and failure to do so will result in action such as fines or eviction as considered suitable by the management.
