• A €350 security deposit is required. This is fully refundable providing the apartment is left in good order at the end of the term.

• Rent for Semester 1 '10/'11 is €2390 from the 19th of September 2010 until the 29th January 2011.

 • Rent for Semester 2 '10/'11 is €2150 from the 6th of February 2011 until the 29th May 2011.

• Charges include all utilities provision.

• Limited parking is available for €50 per semester. (€25 deposit required for zapper)

• Internet available for €70 per term.

• The summer period runs from the 8th June 2010 until the 30th August 2010.
