• A €350 security deposit is required. This is fully refundable providing the apartment is left in good order at the end of the term.

• Rent for Semester 2 '08/'09 is €2355 from the 7th of February 2009 until the 31st May 2009. Charges include all utilities except internet.

• Parking is available for €50 per semester. (€25 deposit required for zapper)

• Internet available for €80 per term.

• The summer period runs from the 8th June 2009 until the 30th August 2009.
