 For many third level, Erasmus and foreign students this will be your first experience of moving away from home. This can indeed be a stressful time for both students and parents alike. At Shanowen Square we strive to make this transition as simple and easy as possible.

At Shanowen Square we aim to provide a pleasant, mature and safe living environment for all of our  338 residents.

Each apartment has been carefully designed to provide spacious and modern accommodation for both Irish and International Students. We also welcome Erasmus students, Intra placements students and other students on foreign university programmes

We are open to all of the major Dublin universities including Dublin City University (DCU), Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), St Patricks College, Drumcondra and Trinity College Dublin (TCD) to name but a few.

 Throughout the summer months we are open to non students.

Whether you are a tourist visiting our city, a language school student or simply attending a nearby conference the self catering nature of the accommodation will provide you with a home away from home for a stay that can range from one night to one week or indeed one month.

Our rates are all inclusive (this applies to the summer period only) which means that your rent covers all utilities other than for those residents who wish to use the carparking facilities.

Rent between 10th August and 20th August is €26 per night.
